Rocha Bouldering provides bouldering and climbing essentials, including chalk and related products, to climbing gyms and facilities worldwide. We offer B2B sales directly to gyms and B2C sales through third-party platforms including Amazon and Shopify.

3. Business Accounts

When creating an account or placing an order as a business entity:

• You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Orders and Payment

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Rocha Bouldering. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not obligated to honor prices that are incorrect due to typographical errors.
• Payment Terms: Payment terms for B2B customers will be specified in your order confirmation or separate agreement.
• B2C Orders: Payment for orders placed through Amazon or Shopify are subject to those platforms' terms and conditions.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping terms and delivery times will be specified at the time of order
• We ship worldwide; shipping costs and delivery times vary by location
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving returned items
• Custom or special orders may not be eligible for return

7. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website is accurate, complete, or error-free. Product colors may vary from what is displayed on your screen.
